The plugs should not be used by children under the age of 12 without parental supervision.

The plug is intentionally sticky and long hair may get stuck to it, especially during sleep. If hair gets stuck in the plug it is difficult to remove. Consider using other plugs if this situation occurs.

When using plugs to avoid water entering ear canals; do not use the plugs when diving under 3m (10ft).
